St. Luke’s University Monroe Hospital

One of our earlier projects with St. Luke’s University Health Network, Monroe Hospital highlights the advantages of prefabricated exterior curtain wall framing. It has resulted in an enduring valued partnership for St. Luke’s and Klover. By being able to hang the entire building’s exterior frame and substrate layers in a matter of days, instead of weeks, we were able to shorten the project schedule and assist in maintaining a tight schedule. This 174,500 SF project featured the inclusion of the following layers on our prefabricated panels: exterior sheathing, vapor barrier, rigid insulation, adjustable brick anchors, and structural brick shelf angle supported via integrated c-channels. Further, we panelized the St. Luke’s now architecturally iconic column bump-outs with 3-dimensional wrap around panels, as well as 3D roof cornices.

Klover has also been proud to be the exterior framing contractor for the following St. Luke’s Buildings: Monroe Medical Office Building, Anderson Office Building, Lehigh Hills Medical Office Building, Women and Babies Pavilion at Anderson Campus, Upper Bucks Hospital, and Orwigsburg Hospital.
