Our average data centers currently consist of 55,000 square feet of exterior panels. We typically erect them 60 feet above the ground in only 10 days. Compare that to the 6 months of site time required to frame using traditional methods.
Every panel and data center product is custom manufactured for your project and placed quickly and safely by a specialized rigging crew with thousands of hours of experience. To increase field schedule efficiency, KLOVER can often include an air vapor barrier to provide a rapid “dry-in” condition on the panel with field closed seams. This allows for timely completion of other critical trade work.

Safer By Design

Reduced crew-hours are particularly important for vertical data center projects due to the amount of work performed at up to 100 feet above grade. Our data center builders have extensive experience working safely at heights.
Lower Environmental Impact
On a 2024 data center project, KLOVER reduced fuel consumption by 3,600 gallons by simplifying the delivery stream to the jobsite and reducing the use of equipment on site. By fabricating and cutting studs to custom lengths from coil material, we saved 3,000 feet of steel that would have been wasted using traditional methods.
