Speed to Revenue

How much is an additional 5.5 months Data Center Uptime worth to your client?

Our average data centers currently consist of 55,000SF of exterior panels, installed 60ft above the ground, that we erect in only 10 on-site days. Compare that to the 6 months of site time required to frame using traditional methods. Every panel is custom manufactured for your project and swung into place quickly and safely by a specialized rigging crew with thousands of hours of experience. To increase field schedule efficiency, KLOVER often can include air vapor barrier to provide a rapid “dry-in” condition on the panel with field closed seams, that allows for completion of other critical trade work.

Schedule Certainty

We lead the coordination of all inputs during the critical design phase.

Follow the progress of your job on our detailed milestone schedule of the design and fabrication process with milestones for every step leading up to your install date.

Since 2009, KLOVER had designed, manufactured and installed an average of 825,000SF of prefabricated wall panels annually.. In 2024 alone, we provided 225,000SF of data center specific panels.

Complete your project faster, safer, greener, and smoother.

Our experienced tradesmen, technical team, and leadership staff don’t rest until your project is completed on time with the quality you expect.

Safer By Design

KLOVER’s prefabrication methods reduce work hours on site by up to 75%.

Reduced crew-hours are particularly important for vertical data center projects, due to the amount of work performed at up to 100FT above grade.

Lower Environmental Impact

On a 2024 data center project, KLOVER reduced fuel consumption by 3,600 gallons by simplifying the delivery stream to the jobsite and reducing the use of equipment on site.

By fabricating and cutting studs to custom lengths from coil material, we saved 3,000FT of steel that would have been wasted with traditional methods.
